Yeah you might be reved up and excited for your workout, to eat healthy, whatever it may be. But sometimes life has a different plan. Sometimes you’re thrown curve balls that you can’t get around. You might have an injury, you might have a party to attend, your car might break down so you can’t get to the gym, your friend might ask for an emergency heart to heart. Whatever it may be—it’s okay! Don’t get down on yourself simply because things didn’t turn out the way you planned despite your determination. One day will never hurt you, and there are always other days to make up for it.
This is so important to remember. There are 365 days in a year; please do not lose faith if just 1 day doesn’t go as planned. You can only try harder tomorrow.
